Attraction Nails Salon offers the latest in manicure, pedicure, nail tips and waxing, using the finest products in a professional, comfortable and relaxing environment.
That was the promise on our old sign, and it still holds. What has changed is how much of it we now put in writing.

I had such a pleasant first time experience at Attraction Nails Salon. All the ladies were so friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with the precautions they take and I am all for it! A sealed sterilizer, on the floor
Implements are cleaned and run through a sterilizer between every client. The unit sits out where you can see it rather than in a back room, because the point of the equipment is partly that you know it exists.
Files and buffers are single-use
Anything porous — files, buffers, orange sticks — is used once and thrown away. Porous tools cannot be properly sterilized, so reusing them is not a corner worth cutting.
Bowls disinfected between clients
Every pedicure bowl is disinfected between clients, not at the end of the day. Towels come out of a steamer that runs on the salon floor all day long.
Inside
One room per thing, instead of everything in one room.
The colour wall
Around three hundred shades, professional lines only, arranged so you can actually compare them against your hand.
A private waxing room
Behind a closed door, on a proper treatment bed. Not a curtained corner of the salon.
Somewhere for the kids
A real play corner with a mat, toys and a small table, so an appointment does not have to be scheduled around a babysitter.
Coffee, tea and a sofa
Come early, wait for a friend, take your time. Nobody is going to hurry you out of the chair.
Pedicures away from the door
Four chairs along the back wall, out of the walkway, so the one service people come in to switch off for actually works.
Tables you can talk across
Chairs facing each other rather than a counter, because most people come in with someone and half the point is the conversation.
Products
Professional lines only, replaced often.
There is no house-brand mystery bottle behind the counter. Everything on the wall is a professional line, stored properly and replaced before it turns — which is the unglamorous reason a set holds for weeks instead of days.
