Manicures in Roselle Park, NJ

Warm soak, nail shaping, cuticle care and a hand massage, finished in the shade you choose. Classic, French, buff or gel.

Nude almond nails with gold foil French tips done at Attraction Nails Salon in Roselle Park, NJ

A manicure should not feel like an assembly line. Ours starts with a warm soak, moves through nail shaping and cuticle care at a pace that lets us actually look at your hands, and ends with a massage and the colour you picked off a wall of a few hundred.

Most people come in for the classic and leave with something a little more considered: a cleaner shape, cuticles that stopped catching on things, polish that survives the week. If you want gel, French, a buff finish or just a colour change, all of it happens at the same table.

Walk in whenever we have a chair free, or book on Booksy and skip the wait entirely.

Options

Our manicure options

  • Classic manicure

The full service: warm soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage and your choice of regular polish. This is the one to book if you have not been to a salon in a while and want your hands reset.

  • Gel manicure

The same care and finish, with CND Shellac or Gelish gel colour cured under lamp instead of air-dried lacquer. You leave with nails that are dry to the touch and colour that holds two to three weeks.

  • French manicure

A clean white tip over a sheer base, hand-painted rather than stickered. Available in regular polish or gel, and in the softer, thinner modern line if you prefer it less pronounced.

  • Buff manicure

No colour at all. Nails are shaped, cuticles tidied and the plate buffed to a natural shine. Popular with anyone who cannot wear polish for work.

  • Polish change

Shape, tidy and repaint, without the full soak and massage. The quick one when the colour has chipped but the manicure underneath is still fine.

  • Children's manicure

Gentler, shorter and without the harsher steps. There is a play corner right there, so it works as a first salon visit rather than an ordeal.

Why clients book manicure with us

  • Sterilized between every client

Implements go through a sealed sterilizer, files and buffers are single-use, and the towel steamer runs on the salon floor where you can see it.

  • A wall, not a tray

Around three hundred shades on display, from professional lines only. If you cannot decide, we will hold a few against your hand until one wins.

  • Nobody is rushing you

The massage is not a token thirty seconds, and we would rather redo a shape than send you out with one you will notice all week.

Making it last

How to look after it once you leave.

  1. 01

    Oil the cuticles daily

This is the single thing that changes how a manicure ages. Dry cuticles lift, catch and take the polish edge with them. A drop of oil rubbed in before bed is enough.

  2. 02

    Gloves for dishes and cleaning

Hot water and detergent are what loosen polish at the edges. Ten seconds of gloves buys you several extra days.

  3. 03

    Your nails are not tools

Opening cans and picking at labels is what causes most of the chips we see. Use the pad of your finger, not the tip of the nail.

  4. 04

    Come back for removal

Peeling gel off takes the top layer of your natural nail with it. Removal takes a few minutes and costs you nothing in nail health.

Questions

About manicure, specifically.

Something not covered here? Call 908-245-6300 — someone picks up during salon hours.

  • How long does a regular manicure last?

Regular polish typically looks good for about five to seven days before the first chips appear. Gel holds two to three weeks. Cuticle oil and gloves for wet work make more difference than the brand of polish.

  • Can I bring my own polish?

You can, though there is rarely a need — the wall carries around three hundred shades from OPI, CND, Gelish, Kiara Sky and DND. If you bring your own, we will use it.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, but clients with a standing appointment are seen first. Booking on Booksy takes about thirty seconds.

  • What is the difference between gel and regular polish?

Gel is cured under a lamp, so it is dry when you stand up and holds two to three weeks without chipping. Regular polish air-dries, stays softer for the first hour, and lasts around a week. Gel needs proper removal; regular polish comes off with remover at home.

  • Do you do manicures for kids?

Yes. The children's manicure is gentler and shorter, and there is a play corner in the salon so the visit works for everyone.
